Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged to items shipped in Louisiana.

Delivery

Most products will be ready to ship within 24 to 48 hours of placing order, based on availability. Please exclude weekends Saturday and Sunday. Please understand that we are selling a very special type of product and our best efforts are made to ship ASAP. We ship UPS. We also deliver local to New Orleans for a small fee. Out Of Stock Items

If for some reason a product is out of stock we will email you and ask if you would like to wait and back order it and or remove it from the order so we can make delivery. If a request is made to deliver the original order and wait on the back order a second delivery charge will apply.

Returns

Our products are guaranteed subject to the manf. warenty. If a product is broken or damaged in shipment you may return it within 10 days of receipt. You must our call customer service and get a return ID number. 1-800-545-3183 The item or items must be in the original wrapper, packaging, box etc. along with the original invoice. You will have to pay for return shipping. A credit will be issued to the credit card used to place the order, within 30 days of return. New Orleans Gift Store will not accept returns or give refunds on any food products or any items that have a special factory tamper seal that has been broken or ripped. Yes ship to address can be different than billing address. You may order a gift for a family member or friend and have it shipped to a different address than your bill to address.
